We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but unfortunately for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on our products.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only replace an item and/or items if we have sent you the wrong item and/or items. To qualify for exchange, everything must be in their original condition.
